This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned claims professional looking to step into a leadership role, contribute to process improvements, and make a meaningful impact within a dynamic and fast-paced environment in the Thane-Mumbai region.

- Ensure strict adherence to IRDAI guidelines, internal SOPs, and compliance frameworks throughout the claims process.
- Handle customer grievances and escalations related to claims, providing prompt and professional resolutions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and present MIS reports, claims dashboards, and performance metrics to senior management on a regular basis.
- Mentor and guide junior claims executives, fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; AIII or Licentiate certification from III (Insurance Institute of India) is preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in claims handling within the general insurance, health insurance, or reinsurance industry in India.
- Strong working knowledge of IRDAI regulations, Motor Vehicles Act, and relevant insurance laws applicable in India.
- Proficiency in claims management software and tools, along with a good command of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Excellent analytical and investigative skills with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in claim documentation.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred) to effectively liaise with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple claims simultaneously, and consistently meet TAT and quality benchmarks.
Benefits
- Competitive CTC package commensurate with experience, along with performance-linked incentives and annual appraisals.
- Comprehensive health insurance coverage for self and family, including mediclaim and personal accident policies.
