An established signage manufacturing company in Jaipur, Rajasthan is looking to hire an experienced Dispatch Supervisor to manage and streamline its dispatch and outbound logistics functions.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising the end-to-end dispatch process, ensuring that finished goods are prepared, documented, and shipped accurately and on schedule. The role requires close coordination with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to maintain smooth operations.
Key responsibilities are expected to include:
- Overseeing daily dispatch activities and managing the dispatch team
- Ensuring proper packaging, labelling, and documentation of outbound shipments
