About the role
The employer is seeking an experienced Director of Product for its Global Tax Platform. In this senior leadership role, the selected candidate will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for tax-related product lines that serve customers across multiple geographies.
The role requires deep expertise in product management, a strong understanding of global tax and compliance workflows, and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into intuitive, scalable product experiences. The Director will work closely with engineering, design, legal, and go-to-market teams to define priorities and deliver high-impact outcomes.
- Define and execute the long-term product roadmap for the global tax platform
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, design, compliance, and sales
- Drive alignment across teams to deliver products that address complex international tax requirements
- Mentor and develop a team of product managers
This is a strategic, high-visibility position suited for a product leader with a proven track record of building and scaling enterprise or fintech products, ideally with exposure to payroll, tax, or compliance domains.
