Director of Product – Global Tax Platform

About the role
This is a senior product leadership role focused on building and scaling a Global Tax Platform. The Director of Product will own the full product vision and roadmap, translating complex international tax requirements into intuitive, scalable product experiences for a global customer base.
The role demands close collaboration with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and go-to-market teams to define priorities and deliver high-impact features. The ideal candidate brings deep experience leading product teams in fintech, payroll, or enterprise SaaS environments, with a strong grasp of global tax and compliance landscapes.
- Define and execute the multi-year product roadmap for the global tax platform
- Partner with engineering and design to deliver robust, compliant tax solutions
- Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operations to navigate international tax regulations
- Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing product management team
- Use data and customer insights to drive continuous product improvement
