The employer is seeking an experienced Director of Product to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for its Global Tax Platform. This is a high-impact leadership role that sits at the intersection of product management, compliance, and international payroll technology.
In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the product direction for tax-related features that serve customers across multiple geographies. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, design, legal, and go-to-market teams to deliver solutions that are both technically robust and compliant with evolving tax regulations worldwide.
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for the global tax platform
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership and rigour
- Partner with engineering and design to translate complex tax requirements into elegant, scalable product experiences
- Engage with customers, regulators, and internal stakeholders to identify pain points and prioritise opportunities
- Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure timely, high-quality product launches
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in B2B product management, ideally within payroll, HR technology, or fintech, along with a strong understanding of global tax or compliance domains. Proven ability to lead senior product teams and influence without authority in a fast-paced environment is essential.
