Director of Product – Global Tax Platform

About the role
This is a senior leadership role focused on defining and delivering the product vision for a Global Tax Platform. The Director of Product will own the full product lifecycle — from strategy and prioritisation through to execution and measurable outcomes — ensuring the platform meets the needs of a diverse, international customer base.
The role requires close collaboration with engineering, design, finance, compliance, and go-to-market teams. The successful candidate will be expected to translate complex tax and regulatory requirements into clear, scalable product solutions that work across multiple geographies and jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting and communicating a compelling long-term product roadmap for the global tax platform
- Leading and mentoring a team of product managers
- Partnering with engineering and design to ship high-quality, customer-centric features
- Working with legal and compliance stakeholders to ensure the platform meets evolving global tax regulations
- Using data and customer insights to inform prioritisation decisions
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in B2B SaaS product management, a strong understanding of payroll, tax, or financial software, and a proven track record of leading product teams at scale. Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, globally distributed organisation are essential.
