Director of Product – Global Tax Platform

About the role
This is a senior product leadership role focused on building and scaling a Global Tax Platform. The Director of Product will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for tax-related infrastructure that serves customers across multiple geographies, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a seamless user experience at scale.
The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and go-to-market teams to define priorities, resolve complex product challenges, and deliver high-impact features. A deep understanding of payroll tax, multi-jurisdictional compliance, or related financial systems will be critical to succeeding in this role.
- Own the product roadmap for the global tax platform end-to-end
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, legal, compliance, and operations teams
- Define and track key product metrics and success criteria
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers
- Drive alignment with senior leadership on strategic priorities
