Director of Product – Global Tax Platform

About the role
The employer is seeking a Director of Product for its Global Tax Platform, a senior leadership role focused on shaping the product vision and strategy for tax-related capabilities at a global scale. The successful candidate will own the full product lifecycle — from discovery and prioritisation through to delivery and iteration — ensuring the platform meets the needs of a diverse, international customer base.
In this role, the Director will work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and go-to-market teams to define and execute a roadmap that addresses the complexity of multi-jurisdictional tax requirements. A strong understanding of tax workflows, payroll systems, or financial compliance products will be central to driving meaningful outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and communicating a long-term product vision for the global tax platform
- Translating complex regulatory and customer requirements into clear, actionable product specifications
- Leading and mentoring a team of product managers
- Partnering with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, scalable product experiences
- Engaging with customers, stakeholders, and subject-matter experts to surface insights and validate decisions
