Director of Product – Global Tax Platform

About the role
This is a senior leadership role focused on building and scaling a Global Tax Platform. The Director of Product will own the full product lifecycle — from strategy and roadmap definition through to execution and launch — ensuring the platform meets the needs of a diverse, international customer base.
The role requires close collaboration with engineering, design, compliance, and go-to-market teams to deliver tax infrastructure that is accurate, compliant, and scalable across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in product management within fintech, payroll, HR tech, or a related domain where regulatory complexity is central to the product.
- Define and own the multi-year product roadmap for the global tax platform
- Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, legal, compliance, and operations
- Set clear priorities and translate complex tax requirements into actionable product specs
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a high-performance culture
- Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities
Candidates should have a strong track record of shipping complex, enterprise-grade products at scale, along with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with tax, payroll, or compliance products is a significant advantage.
