About the role
The employer is seeking an experienced Director of Product for its Global Tax Platform. In this senior leadership role, the successful candidate will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for tax-related products that serve customers across multiple geographies.
The role requires close collaboration with engineering, design, compliance, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable, accurate, and user-friendly tax solutions. The Director will be expected to translate complex regulatory and business requirements into clear product priorities and executable plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and driving the long-term product strategy for the global tax platform
- Leading and mentoring a team of product managers
- Partnering with engineering and design to deliver high-quality product experiences
- Working with legal and compliance stakeholders to ensure regulatory accuracy across jurisdictions
- Using data and customer insights to inform prioritisation and measure impact
The ideal candidate brings deep product management experience, ideally within fintech, HR tech, or enterprise SaaS, along with a strong understanding of tax, payroll, or compliance domains. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-market product portfolios is essential.
