About the role
A well-established international hospitality group is looking for a seasoned Director of Human Resources to oversee the full spectrum of HR operations at its Jaipur hotel. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the property's leadership team, driving talent management, employee engagement, and organisational development initiatives.
In this role, the individual will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company HR policies, and managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention programmes. The Director will also oversee performance management cycles, compensation and benefits administration, and training and development frameworks.
- Lead and mentor the on-property HR team
- Partner with department heads to address workforce planning needs
- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory HR requirements
- Champion employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the property
