The employer is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to head the HR department at Signia by Hilton Jaipur. In this senior leadership role, the successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing the property's people strategy in alignment with broader organisational values and business objectives.
The role encompasses the full spectrum of human resources management, including talent acquisition and onboarding, workforce planning, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement. The Director will serve as a trusted advisor to hotel leadership and department heads on all people-related matters.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programmes that support a positive and compliant workplace culture
- Oversee recruitment, retention, and succession planning initiatives across all departments
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes in accordance with applicable labour laws
- Drive learning and development programmes to build team capability and career growth
- Ensure HR reporting, compliance, and administrative functions are maintained to the highest standard
