About the role
The employer is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to oversee all HR functions at Signia by Hilton Jaipur. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping the people agenda of a premium hospitality brand and ensuring the property attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
The successful candidate will be expected to lead end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies. The role requires close collaboration with department heads and senior management to align HR strategy with broader business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the hotel's operational and commercial goals
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning across all departments
