About the role
Signia by Hilton Jaipur is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead the full spectrum of HR operations at this premium hospitality property. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping the people strategy and workplace culture of the hotel.
The successful candidate will oversee all core human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and compliance with applicable labour regulations. The role requires close collaboration with department heads and senior management to align HR initiatives with broader business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for the property
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Managing employee engagement, retention, and welfare programmes
- Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance across all HR activities
- Overseeing training and development initiatives to build team capability
- Acting as a strategic partner to hotel leadership on workforce planning and organisational development
