The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for directing and managing the full spectrum of HR functions at Signia by Hilton Jaipur. This is a senior leadership role requiring a strategic thinker who can align people practices with the operational goals of a premium hotel property.
Key responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition and workforce planning, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture in line with Hilton's brand values.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Manage performance management and learning and development programmes
- Ensure statutory and regulatory HR compliance
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters
The ideal candidate will bring substantial HR leadership experience, ideally within the hospitality or luxury hotel sector, along with strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build and sustain high-performing teams.
