About the role
The employer is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to oversee all HR functions at Signia by Hilton Jaipur. In this senior leadership role, the incumbent will be responsible for shaping and executing the property's people strategy in alignment with broader organisational goals.
Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle — from talent acquisition and onboarding through to performance management, learning and development, and retention. The Director will also ensure full compliance with applicable labour laws and internal HR policies while fostering an inclusive and engaged work environment.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
- Lead recruitment, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives
- Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
- Drive learning, development, and leadership pipeline programmes
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across all HR practices
