About the role
The employer is looking for a seasoned Director of Human Resources to oversee the full spectrum of HR operations at the Signia by Hilton Jaipur property. This is a senior leadership position responsible for shaping the people strategy of the hotel and ensuring a high-performing, engaged workforce.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage key HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, and compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies. Working closely with the hotel's senior leadership team, the Director will play a pivotal role in building a positive workplace culture aligned with the brand's values.
- Lead end-to-end HR operations for the property
- Partner with department heads to address workforce planning and staffing needs
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives
- Ensure adherence to local labour legislation and internal HR policies
- Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and HR reporting
