About the role
Signia by Hilton Jaipur is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead the full spectrum of HR operations at this premium hospitality property. The role calls for a strategic and hands-on HR professional capable of aligning people practices with the broader business objectives of the hotel.
The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, and compliance with applicable labour laws and Hilton brand standards. The incumbent will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all workforce-related matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies that support hotel operations and guest experience goals
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top hospitality talent
- Overseeing employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal HR policies
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the HR team on property
