The employer is seeking a Director of Engineering – RLE to lead its engineering organisation at the RLE level. This is a senior individual-contributor and people-leadership role that requires a strong blend of technical depth and organisational management skills.
In this position, the Director will be responsible for setting and executing the technical roadmap, building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams, and partnering cross-functionally with product, design, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable systems.
