The employer is seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead the Personalization & Recommendations engineering function. This is a senior leadership position that requires both deep technical expertise and strong people management skills to drive the development of intelligent, data-driven recommendation systems at scale.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for setting the technical vision and roadmap for personalization and recommendations platforms, working cross-functionally with product, data science, and business teams to deliver impactful user experiences.
