About the role
This is a senior-level Human Resources leadership role based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions and aligning people strategies with broader organisational goals.
The successful candidate will lead and mentor the HR team, partnering closely with business leaders to foster a high-performance culture, drive talent acquisition and retention, and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and policies.
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and long-term growth.
- Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
- Employee Relations: Champion a positive workplace culture and manage employee engagement initiatives.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to local labour regulations and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
This role is well suited to an experienced HR professional with a proven track record in a director or equivalent leadership capacity, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
