About the role
The employer is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead its HR function from its Bengaluru, Karnataka office. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the people strategy across the organisation.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and HR compliance. They will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and help build a high-performance, people-first culture.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end HR function for the India location
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with organisational goals
- Drive initiatives in talent management, engagement, and retention
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and HR best practices
