The employer is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to join its team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the organisation's human resources agenda across all people-related functions.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide strong HR leadership, partnering closely with business leaders to align talent strategies with organisational goals. Key areas of responsibility include talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, and HR compliance.
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations and strategy
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters
- Drive initiatives around organisational culture, employee retention, and workforce planning
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable labour laws and regulations
This role is suited to a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record in a director-level or equivalent position, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
