About the role
The employer is seeking an experienced Director – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join its finance leadership team. This is a senior individual contributor and leadership role responsible for shaping the company's financial strategy and supporting data-driven business decisions.
The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end FP&A functions including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and variance analysis. The role requires close collaboration with business unit heads and senior stakeholders to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations.
- Own and manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling processes
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting and variance analysis to leadership
- Partner cross-functionally with business teams to support strategic planning initiatives
- Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team
Candidates should bring substantial experience in FP&A or corporate finance, strong analytical and modelling skills, and a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
