About the role
The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a senior finance leadership role focused on guiding the organisation's financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management functions.
The successful candidate will be expected to lead end-to-end financial planning cycles, deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders, and partner cross-functionally to support data-driven business decisions.
- Financial Planning & Forecasting: Oversee annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with business unit leaders to provide financial analysis and strategic guidance.
- Reporting & Insights: Develop and present management reporting, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards to executive leadership.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing FP&A team.
