About the role
The employer is seeking an experienced Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) based in Delhi, India. This is a senior leadership position within the finance function, responsible for guiding the organisation's financial strategy through rigorous planning, analysis, and reporting frameworks.
The Director will lead the FP&A team and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range financial plans. The role requires translating complex financial data into actionable insights that support executive-level decision-making.
- Financial Planning: Own the annual budgeting cycle and multi-year financial planning processes.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Develop and maintain rolling forecasts, variance analyses, and management reporting dashboards.
- Strategic Analysis: Partner with business leaders to evaluate investment opportunities, cost optimisation initiatives, and growth strategies.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing FP&A team.
The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in corporate finance or FP&A, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders. Prior experience in a fast-paced, technology-oriented or multinational environment will be an advantage.
