About the role
The employer is seeking an experienced and strategic finance professional to join their team as Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This is a senior individual contributor and leadership role responsible for driving the organisation's financial planning, forecasting, and analytical functions.
The successful candidate will be expected to lead budgeting and long-range planning cycles, deliver insightful financial analysis to support executive decision-making, and partner closely with business unit leaders to translate financial data into actionable strategy.
- Ownership of the annual budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial planning processes
- Development of financial models, dashboards, and performance reporting frameworks
- Collaboration with senior stakeholders across functions to provide financial guidance
- Identification of risks and opportunities through variance analysis and scenario planning
