Director, FP&A

This is a senior-level position within the Finance function, offering an experienced financial professional the opportunity to lead Financial Planning & Analysis at a strategic level. The role is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and reports into senior leadership.

The Director of FP&A will be responsible for overseeing the organisation's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. This includes delivering high-quality analytical insights that support executive decision-making and drive business performance.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Financial Planning & Forecasting: Leading annual budgeting cycles and rolling forecasts across business units.
• Strategic Analysis: Providing data-driven financial analysis to support long-term planning and operational decisions.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Preparing and presenting financial reports and performance summaries for senior leadership.
• Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring the FP&A team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and professional development.
