About the role
The employer is seeking an experienced and strategic finance leader to join their team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, as Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This is a senior individual contributor and leadership role responsible for driving the financial planning, forecasting, and analytical functions of the organisation.
The successful candidate will be expected to lead the FP&A function end-to-end, providing actionable financial insights to senior stakeholders and supporting data-driven decision-making across the business. The role demands a strong command of financial modelling, budgeting cycles, and business performance reporting.
