About the role
The employer is seeking an experienced and strategic finance leader to join as Director – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This is a senior role responsible for owning the end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, and analytical functions of the organisation.
The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership to translate business strategy into financial models, budgets, and performance frameworks. The role demands a strong ability to distil complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that guide key business decisions.
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
