About the role
The employer is seeking an experienced and strategic finance leader to join as Director – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This is a senior individual contributor and leadership role responsible for driving the company's financial planning, budgeting, and analytical functions.
The successful candidate will be expected to lead end-to-end FP&A processes, including annual budgeting cycles, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and management reporting. The role demands close collaboration with business unit heads and senior leadership to deliver actionable financial insights that support key decisions.
- Own and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide variance analysis and performance commentary
