About the role
The employer is seeking an experienced finance leader to join as Director – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This is a senior individual contributor and leadership role responsible for driving the organisation's financial planning, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
The Director will work closely with executive stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights that support strategic and operational decision-making across the business. The role demands a strong command of financial modelling, budgeting cycles, and performance reporting.
- Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Partner with senior leadership to provide actionable financial analysis and business insights
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Oversee variance analysis and management reporting
- Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team
