About the role
The employer is seeking an experienced finance leader to join as Director – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This is a senior individual contributor and leadership role focused on guiding data-driven financial strategy across business units.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting. The role requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders to translate financial insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning
- Deliver timely, accurate management reporting and variance analysis
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance on key initiatives
- Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team
