About the role
The employer is seeking an experienced and strategic finance leader to join as Director – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This is a senior individual contributor and leadership role responsible for driving the financial planning, forecasting, and analytical functions of the organisation.
The successful candidate will be expected to lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, deliver actionable financial insights to senior stakeholders, and partner cross-functionally to support data-driven business decisions. A strong command of financial modelling, variance analysis, and management reporting will be essential to succeed in this position.
- Lead end-to-end FP&A processes including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business performance reviews
- Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership
- Partner with business units to provide financial guidance and identify risks and opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks
