About the role
The employer is seeking an experienced and analytically driven finance leader to join their team in Delhi as Director – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This is a senior individual contributor and leadership role within the finance function, responsible for shaping the organisation's financial strategy through rigorous planning, forecasting, and performance management.
The Director FP&A will own the end-to-end financial planning cycle, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning. The role requires close collaboration with business unit heads and senior leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and performance reporting
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and investment decisions
- Present financial results and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks
The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in FP&A or corporate finance within a fast-paced, data-driven environment, along with strong communication skills and the ability to influence at the executive level. A background in technology, ed-tech, or similarly dynamic industries would be advantageous.
