About the role
The employer is seeking an experienced and driven Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join its finance leadership team in Delhi. This is a senior individual contributor and leadership role that sits at the intersection of strategic planning, financial forecasting, and business partnership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full FP&A function, including budgeting, long-range planning, management reporting, and variance analysis. They will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to provide data-driven financial insights that support key decision-making.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end FP&A process, including annual budgets and rolling forecasts
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, dashboards, and variance commentary to leadership
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency
- Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business cases
This role is well-suited to a finance leader with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of influencing business outcomes through financial planning. Prior experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven or global organisation would be advantageous.
