A senior leadership opportunity in Financial Planning & Analysis based in Delhi. The Director FP&A will drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial decision-making for the organisation.
About the role
This is a senior-level finance leadership role focused on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), based in Delhi. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of financial planning activities, including budgeting cycles, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial modelling.
The Director will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to provide data-driven insights that support strategic business decisions. This includes preparing executive-level financial reports, variance analyses, and performance dashboards that translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
- Develop and maintain financial models for business planning and scenario analysis
- Partner with business units to track KPIs and identify opportunities for cost optimisation
- Present financial findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, proven experience in a senior FP&A function, and the ability to influence decision-making at the leadership level. Prior experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven or multinational environment will be an advantage.
