The employer is seeking an experienced and strategic finance leader to join as Director – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This is a senior individual contributor and leadership role responsible for driving the company's financial planning, forecasting, and analytical functions.
The successful candidate will be expected to lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, deliver actionable financial insights to senior stakeholders, and partner cross-functionally to support data-driven business decisions. A strong command of financial modelling, variance analysis, and management reporting is essential.
