About the role
The employer is looking for an experienced and strategic finance leader to take on the role of Director – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This is a senior position that requires a strong command of financial modelling, business performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end FP&A function, including annual budgeting cycles, rolling forecasts, long-range financial planning, and management reporting. The Director will work closely with senior leadership to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Partner with business units to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance
- Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership
- Drive process improvements and automation within the FP&A function
