Director – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

About the role
This is a senior leadership opportunity within the Finance function, requiring a seasoned professional to head the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) practice. The role demands a strong command of financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting, combined with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders.
The Director FP&A will be responsible for owning the annual planning cycle, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Working cross-functionally, the individual will collaborate with business unit heads to monitor performance against targets and surface risks and opportunities in a timely manner.
- Financial Planning: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organisation.
- Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted finance partner to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
- Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain management reporting frameworks, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in FP&A or corporate finance within a fast-paced environment, along with strong analytical acumen, executive presence, and proven people-management skills.
