About the role
The employer is seeking an experienced and strategic finance leader to join as Director – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), based in Delhi, India. This is a senior role responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable financial insights that support business strategy and drive growth. The role demands a strong command of financial modelling, variance analysis, and long-range planning processes.
- Lead and manage the FP&A function end-to-end, including annual budgeting and multi-year forecasting cycles
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
- Prepare and present financial performance reports, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with business unit heads to align financial plans with operational goals
- Identify risks and opportunities within financial forecasts and recommend corrective actions
