Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of day-to-day engineering and production activities across assigned departments.
• Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of plant machinery, equipment, and utility systems to ensure minimal downtime and optimal operational efficiency.
• Participate in quality control processes, including inspection, testing, and documentation of products and components as per defined standards and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain technical reports, maintenance logs, shift records, and other operational documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting practical solutions under the guidance of department supervisors.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies, and actively participate in safety audits and training sessions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, procurement, and logistics to support smooth workflow and project delivery.
• Undergo structured rotational training across multiple departments to develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization's engineering operations and business processes.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering from a recognized polytechnic institution in disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, or Chemical Engineering.
• Academic Performance: Minimum of 60% aggregate marks throughout the diploma program; candidates with higher academic scores will be given preference during the selection process.
• Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply; however, candidates with up to one year of internship or industrial training experience in a relevant field will be considered an added advantage.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications including MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or other engineering software will be considered beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and the local regional language; ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, relocate to plant or site locations as required, and adapt to a dynamic and challenging work environment.
