About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers and supervisors in day-to-day operations, maintenance activities, and project execution across assigned departments.
• Participate in the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of machinery, equipment, and electrical or mechanical systems as per technical specifications.
• Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures at all times.
• Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation including maintenance logs, inspection reports, daily production records, and shift handover notes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in processes and suggesting practical, cost-effective solutions to supervisors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, procurement, and safety departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
• Undergo rotational training across multiple departments to gain comprehensive knowledge of plant operations, manufacturing processes, and engineering functions.
• Comply with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and environmental guidelines while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering from a recognized polytechnic or technical institute in disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply; up to one year of internship or industrial training experience will be considered an added advantage.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of engineering principles, technical drawings, and familiarity with tools, equipment, and relevant software applicable to the chosen discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach toward learning new skills and technologies.
• Good communication skills in English and the regional language, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, field conditions, or at multiple plant locations as required by the organization.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine commitment to personal and professional development throughout the training period.
