Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in day-to-day technical operations, maintenance activities, and project execution across assigned departments.
• Support the planning, monitoring, and implementation of engineering projects while adhering to defined timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Participate actively in the installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of machinery, equipment, or systems as per technical specifications.
• Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation including reports, work logs, inspection records, and maintenance schedules.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to process improvement initiatives by suggesting practical and cost-effective technical solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, procurement, and safety departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
• Adhere strictly to all workplace safety guidelines, environmental regulations, and company policies during all phases of work.
• Continuously upgrade technical knowledge and skills by actively participating in training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning programs provided by the organization.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering from a recognized polytechnic institution, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering, with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant work experience or internship exposure in an industrial or manufacturing environment are eligible to apply.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles, technical drawings, and industry-standard tools and equipment relevant to the chosen discipline.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or other engineering software will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive attitude toward learning and taking initiative in a team-based work environment.
• Good communication skills in English and the regional language, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and hierarchical levels.
• Willingness to work in shifts, travel to project sites, or relocate as per organizational requirements.
