As a Diploma Engineer Trainee, you will work alongside experienced engineers and professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world industrial operations, manufacturing processes, and engineering practices. Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers and supervisors in day-to-day technical operations, maintenance activities, and project execution across assigned departments.
• Support the monitoring, inspection, and troubleshooting of machinery, equipment, and plant infrastructure to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation, including daily production reports, maintenance logs, inspection checklists, and work orders.
• Participate actively in preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed within defined timelines and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Adhere strictly to all workplace safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance requirements at all times during operations.
• Attend structured training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning modules as part of the formal trainee development program.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders under the guidance of senior engineers for procurement and execution of technical tasks.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, or related discipline) from a recognized polytechnic or technical institution recognized by a State Board of Technical Education.
• Academic Performance: Minimum 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA in the qualifying diploma examination (relaxation applicable for reserved category candidates as per company policy).
• Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply; however, candidates with up to one year of internship or industrial training experience will be given preference.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of engineering principles, technical drawing interpretation, and familiarity with tools, instruments, and equipment relevant to the applied discipline.
• Soft Skills: Strong willingness to learn, good communication skills, team-oriented attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a structured industrial environment.
• Other Requirements: Candidates must be below 25 years of age at the time of application and should be willing to relocate or work in shifts as per organizational requirements.
