  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction projects.
  • Operate and handle tools, instruments, and equipment safely while following all prescribed guidelines and workplace safety regulations.
  • Undergo structured on-the-job training programs, technical workshops, and classroom sessions as part of the formal trainee development curriculum.

  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of engineering principles, technical drawings, and relevant tools or software applicable to the chosen discipline.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn new technologies and processes in a fast-paced industrial environment.
  • Good communication skills in English and the regional language, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team under supervision.
  • Physically fit and willing to work in shifts, on-site locations, or manufacturing plant environments as required by the role.
  • A proactive attitude, professional conduct, and a genuine passion for engineering and technical excellence.

Benefits

  • Stipend and Compensation: Competitive monthly stipend during the training period, with a structured salary revision upon successful completion and confirmation as a full-time employee.
  • Career Growth: Clear and transparent career progression pathways with opportunities for promotion to Junior Engineer and beyond based on performance evaluations.
