About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers and supervisors in day-to-day operations, maintenance activities, and technical project execution across assigned departments.
• Monitor and inspect machinery, equipment, and production processes to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to established quality and safety standards.
• Support the preparation of technical reports, maintenance logs, inspection records, and other documentation as required by the engineering team.
• Participate actively in preventive and corrective maintenance activities, identifying potential issues and escalating them to the relevant technical authority in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and safety departments to achieve operational targets and continuous improvement goals.
• Adhere strictly to all workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment at all times.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by analyzing existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and suggesting practical engineering solutions.
• Undergo periodic assessments, technical training sessions, and on-the-job learning modules as part of the structured trainee development program.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering from a recognized polytechnic or technical institute in disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, or related fields.
• Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply; however, candidates with up to one year of internship or industrial training experience will be given preference.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of engineering principles, technical drawings, equipment operations, and relevant industry tools and software.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in English and the regional language, with the ability to document technical observations clearly and accurately.
• Attitude and Aptitude: Strong willingness to learn, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Physical Fitness: Candidates must be physically fit to work in a manufacturing or field environment, including the ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying conditions.
• Age Criteria: Typically between 18 to 25 years of age at the time of application, as per company policy and applicable regulations.
