Diamond Jewellery Grader

IIGJ-Research & Laboratories Centre — formerly known as GJEPC-Gem Testing Laboratory — is a specialist institution engaged in gemological research and laboratory-based gem and jewellery evaluation. The centre is currently seeking a Diamond Jewellery Grader for its Jaipur operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the professional grading and evaluation of diamond jewellery, applying established gemological standards and laboratory procedures. This role sits within a credentialed research and testing environment, making accuracy, attention to detail, and a sound understanding of diamond grading parameters essential.

Key responsibilities and requirements include:

• Grading diamonds and diamond-set jewellery in accordance with recognised industry standards
• Operating laboratory instruments and tools used in gem identification and quality assessment
• Maintaining accurate records of grading results and laboratory findings
• Demonstrated knowledge of diamond 4Cs (cut, colour, clarity, carat) and related grading techniques
