The employer is looking for a Design for Manufacturing (DFM) Engineer – Motor to support the development and optimisation of motor products with a strong focus on manufacturability. The selected candidate will be expected to apply DFM principles throughout the product development lifecycle, collaborating closely with design, production, and quality teams to identify and resolve manufacturing challenges at the earliest possible stage.
