The successful candidate will be expected to apply DFM principles to motor components and assemblies, collaborating closely with design, production, and quality teams to identify and resolve manufacturability challenges at early stages of product development.
- Apply Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFM/DFMA) methodologies to motor-related products
- Work cross-functionally with design and production engineering teams
- Identify opportunities to improve product designs for ease of manufacture and cost reduction
- Support new product introduction and engineering change processes
